Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.


Conditions of Return

  • The buyer can return this item.

  • The buyer must contact us and start the return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items (including custom license plate rugs and wall tapestries)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

  • Custom license plate designs or personalized vehicle rugs cannot be returned or refunded, as these products are made specifically for you.




Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once 24 hours have passed, or once production/shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
